Elizabeth did not shrink in Mary’s presence—she rejoiced! Confidence is knowing that someone else’s light does not diminish yours. Maya Angelou once said, “I’m a woman. Phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, that’s me.” Embrace your greatness while celebrating the greatness in others. True queens fix each other’s crowns. Are you allowing comparison to steal your joy, or are you standing boldly in your own light?
