A single dew-covered petal slowly opening in soft morning light
You don’t need to push your way into your next chapter. Let it unfold—softly, sacredly, steadily.

Week’s Theme (April 21-25): Becoming Again

The way that Fear shadows bright hues
Let it be for you
On jaded times of Hope not caught
Let it be for you

—Excerpt from Let It Be…For You by Rita Lynn Berry

Words of Light

“In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”
—Isaiah 30:15 (ESV)

Reflection

We often expect growth to be bold. Loud. Noticeable.

But the truth is—some of the most powerful shifts happen in silence.
In the quiet moments when you choose peace over panic.
In the stillness where you release the fear that’s been dulling your light.

Fear has a way of casting shadows even in bright places.
It will tell you you’re not ready.
It will convince you you’re too late.
It will whisper that nothing will change.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to push your way into your next chapter.
You can lean into it.
You can rest into it.
You can become—softly, sacredly, steadily.

Even when your hope feels jaded,
even when your heart feels tired,
the invitation is still there:
Let it be for you.

The softness of unfolding doesn’t make your growth less real.
It makes it more authentic.
More aligned.
More yours.

Affirmation

I honor the quiet ways I am growing.
I allow my healing to unfold without force or fear.

With Stillness,
Rita
