Release is not loss—it’s preparation. What you let go makes room for what is meant for you.

Tuesday, April 1, 2025 — What You Let Go Makes Room – A Spring Renewal Devotional

Week’s Theme (March 31-April 4, 2025): Spring Renewal: Letting Go, Letting Light In

Words of Light

“There is a time for everything… a time to keep and a time to throw away.”
Ecclesiastes 3:6 (NIV)

Reflection

Letting go doesn’t always feel graceful. Sometimes it’s messy.

Sometimes, it feels like grief.

But it’s still holy.

What you release may not have been “bad.”

It may have comforted you once. It may have fit the old version of you.

But now it’s crowding the life you’re meant to live.

Spring reminds us that everything has a season.

And when that season ends, clinging doesn’t preserve it—it delays your blossoming.

Letting go doesn’t mean failure.

It means you’re ready.

You’re clearing sacred space—for peace, promise, and something aligned with who you are now.

Affirmation

I release what no longer aligns with me. I am ready for what’s next, and I trust the room I’ve made will be filled with good.

Peace,
Rita
