Week’s Theme (April 21-25): Becoming Again
Your Dreams become one in two
Let it be for you
Who said the Risks are counted cost
Let it be for you
—Excerpt from Let It Be…For You by Rita Lynn Berry
Words of Light
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!”
—Isaiah 43:18–19a (NIV)
Reflection
There’s a moment in every healing journey when the version of you that got you through the pain…
stops picking up the phone.
The old patterns, the old titles, the old armor—they no longer answer.
Not because they’re broken.
But because you’ve outgrown them.
This moment feels disorienting.
You keep reaching back—trying to respond the way you used to.
But it doesn’t fit.
It doesn’t work.
It doesn’t feel like you anymore.
And that’s not failure.
That’s formation.
You are not the you who settled.
You are not the you who silenced her voice to make others comfortable.
You are not the you who had to shrink to survive.
So when the old you doesn’t answer—
Pause.
And listen for who is speaking.
She may be quiet.
She may be new.
But she is you.
Let her rise.
Let her lead.
Let it be…for you.
Where in your life are you still calling for an old version of yourself?
What are you being invited to release so you can rise?
Who are you becoming—and are you ready to respond?
Affirmation
I release the version of me I’ve outgrown.
I answer only to the voice of who I am becoming.
With Clarity,
Rita
