When the winds shift — preparing your heart for what is becoming.

There is something about the quiet of a Sunday evening.

The week behind us has offered its lessons, its gifts, its weariness, its surprises. And here we are — standing once more at the threshold of a new beginning.

The winds shift, not always with fanfare, but often with subtle stirrings. A feeling in the air. A deep knowing within. A recognition that we are not quite where we were — and not yet where we’re going.

In this space, we are invited to pause. To breathe. To prepare our hearts for what is next.

As we move into this new week — a week where our theme is Becoming Again: Renewal Through Resilience — I invite you to reflect on the places in your life where the winds are shifting.

Perhaps a door is quietly closing.
Perhaps a new hope is softly rising.
Perhaps your spirit is weary and longing for rest — or ready for new growth.

Wherever you find yourself tonight, know this: The journey continues. Hope remains. And so do we.

You do not need to have all the answers. You do not need to rush forward.
You are invited simply to prepare your heart — to lean into the gentle work of becoming again.

This is the gift of grace: We are allowed to begin, and begin again.

🌿 Questions to Reflect On Tonight:

  • Where do I sense the winds of change in my life right now?
  • What am I being invited to release — and what am I being invited to embrace?
  • How can I enter this new week with openness, trust, and resilience?

As the sun sets on this Sunday, may you find rest for your soul and courage for the path ahead.
May your heart be anchored in grace — and open to the beautiful work of becoming.

The winds may shift. But the journey continues. Hope remains. And so do we.

Peace for your evening,
Rita
