There comes a moment when you realize it’s no longer about waiting for the right time—it’s about walking through the door in front of you.

For me, that door has been standing there for years. And the message I’m about to share? It was given to me in a dream over a decade ago. I wrote it down, studied it, lived it—but until now, I hadn’t fully released it.

It’s time.

The message was always for me first. And now, it’s for you too.

The Dream That Changed Everything

Back in 2010, I had a dream that answered a prayer I had been holding quietly in my heart. I was asking for clarity. I wanted to know:

What is my message?
What is the signature offering I’m meant to bring into the world?

I had watched others build signature programs, movements, and frameworks that anchored their life’s work. Deep down, I knew I carried something similar—even if I didn’t yet know how to name it.

That morning, I woke up, reached for a piece of paper, and wrote down three words that came with unmistakable clarity:

Journey to Me.

The Three Phases That Followed

Finding Your Way to You
Loving and Caring for Yourself
Creating Opportunities

Beneath those words, more ideas flowed—subthemes, workshops, journal prompts, digital offerings. I could feel the weight and potential of it even then.

But I wasn’t ready.

Why I Didn’t Launch It Then

At the time, I was still finding my own footing. I had vision, but not yet the confidence to carry it publicly. I was a therapist with a growing call to speak, teach, and create beyond the therapy room.

I held the heart of a poet and the mind of a strategist, but I didn’t yet trust that those worlds were meant to coexist.

I was also carrying grief—layered, complex loss. The kind that quietly reshapes your identity.

Looking back, I can see the truth clearly now: I couldn’t share the message because I was still living it.

A winding path in morning light through trees, symbolizing quiet healing and sacred timing.
Some journeys must be walked in silence before they are spoken in strength.

Life Has Taught Me What the Framework Only Hinted At

In the years since receiving the Journey to Me™ message, I’ve lived through the very experiences it was designed to support:

– Losing my mother far too soon
– Carrying responsibility through personal pain
– Questioning my worth and my creative voice
– Wrestling with transitions, delays, and what felt like divine detours
– Finding resilience in moments where I could have crumbled

And yet—I’m still here. Still standing. Still walking.

I help people find opportunity in loss through personal transformation.

The Truth About Creating Opportunities

When I first wrote Creating Opportunities as part of the framework, I saw it primarily through a business lens—helping others turn knowledge into programs, income, and offerings.

But now, I understand it more deeply.

Creating opportunities means:

What Creating Opportunities Really Means

– Taking what remains after loss and saying, “I can still begin again.”
– Rebuilding from the inside out—with love, faith, and clarity.
– Becoming the vessel through which healing and purpose flow.

This isn’t just strategy.
It’s spiritual.
It’s sacred.
It’s survival transformed into service.

Journey to Me™ — The Framework

Each phase of Journey to Me™ stands on its own, but together they form a living path—one you can return to whenever you need grounding, clarity, or courage.

1. Finding Your Way to You

Rediscovering your identity after grief, loss, or major life changes begins with returning to center and listening to the quiet voice within that says, “There’s still more.”

This is the heart of Finding Your Way to You—a reflection on reclaiming your sense of self when life has disrupted what once felt certain.

2. Loving and Caring for Yourself

Learning to tend to your soul—building self-trust, setting boundaries, and embracing your worth without apology.

This phase is explored more deeply in Loving and Caring for Yourself, where self-compassion becomes a practice rather than an afterthought.

3. Creating Opportunities

When I first wrote Creating Opportunities as part of the Journey to Me™ framework, I understood it mostly through the lens of business.

Over time, that understanding deepened—and I explore that evolution in Creating Opportunities, where purpose, agency, and lived experience converge.

This is not just a program.
It’s a path.
It’s a way of walking yourself home.

What Comes Next

From here, I’ll be sharing content rooted deeply in this message. In the weeks ahead, you’ll see:

– Reflections for Women’s History Month, including The Sisterhood of Queens
– Spring Renewal content inspired by the truth that
The Journey Continues. Hope Remains. And So Do We.
– Devotionals, blog posts, poetry, digital downloads, and products that echo this central truth:

Even in your lowest moments, you can begin again.

A monarch butterfly rests gently on a blooming lotus, symbolizing transformation and sacred stillness.
She rests—transformed, radiant, whole. The bloom beneath her is not the beginning, but the becoming.

If You’re at the Door, You’re Not Alone

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You only have to show up—with your heart open.

That’s what I’m doing. And I invite you to walk with me.

Let’s take this Journey to Me™ together.

Peace,
Rita Lynn Berry
