Vision does not demand that you see everything clearly. It asks only that you remain open — attentive to guidance, responsive to timing, and grounded in trust. Holding vision with open hands allows space for God to shape what you cannot yet fully imagine.
Words of Light
“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”
— Proverbs 16:9
Reflection
There is a difference between striving toward the future and walking toward it with faith. Striving tightens the grip; faith loosens it. When you hold vision with open hands, you allow direction to unfold without forcing outcomes.
God’s guidance often reveals itself gradually. Rarely does the full picture appear at once. Instead, clarity comes through movement — through small, faithful steps taken in trust. Each step refines the vision, aligning it more closely with purpose rather than preference.
Holding vision with openness does not mean passivity. It means discernment. It means paying attention to peace, resistance, and invitation. It means trusting that redirection is not failure, but wisdom at work.
As you look ahead, you are not required to carry the weight of the future alone. What is being established will be sustained. Your role is not to control the outcome, but to remain faithful in the present.
Let vision be something you steward, not something you strain to possess. What is meant to unfold will do so in its time.
Pause and Consider…
Where might you be gripping too tightly right now?
What would it look like to trust the next step?
