A calm lake at sunrise, with soft ripples and a woman standing barefoot at the edge, eyes closed in peace
Stillness is not weakness—it’s wisdom.

Tuesday, April 15, 2025 — The Strength in Stillness

Week’s Theme (April 14–18, 2025): The Softness of Strength

Still waters run deep—
and so do you.
You don’t need to prove your power
when you embody it.
Stillness is not stagnation.
It is strategy.
It is sacred.

Words of Light

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
—Exodus 14:14 (NIV)

Reflection

Stillness is often mistaken for weakness.
But what if it’s a sign of alignment?
What if your stillness is not you doing nothing,
but you doing something higher?

There is a kind of strength that whispers instead of shouts—
that leans back instead of lunging forward.
It’s the strength of knowing
you don’t need to chase what’s already yours.

Stillness isn’t passive.
It’s powerful.
It says, “I trust the timing.”
It says, “I don’t have to force it.”
It says, “God is still God—whether I move or not.”

So today, rest your body,
quiet your thoughts,
and return to your breath.
Let peace be your power.
Let silence be your strength.

  • Where have you been pushing when you are being called to pause?
  • How would your life feel if you trusted the stillness more?

Affirmation

I am not missing out by resting.
I am aligning, listening, and allowing what is meant for me to flow in peace.

With Grace,
Rita
