Weekly Theme — Embracing Love’s Power
When your grip loosens,
love tightens its hold—
threading through the cracks,
holding you together
when you feel like falling apart.
Words of Light
“The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge…”
— Psalm 18:2 (NIV)
Reflection
There are days when everything feels like it’s slipping through your hands—your peace, your plans, your sense of self.
But you were never meant to hold it all alone.
God’s love is the kind of love that catches you in the freefall, that stitches you together when your seams feel frayed.
It’s the love of the ancestors who survived enough storms to become your shelter.
It’s the love of your own inner voice that whispers, You’ve made it this far.
Today, remember: Love is the thread holding you together when you feel like falling apart.
• What feels like it’s slipping through your hands right now?
• Where can you feel the presence of God’s love holding you steady?
Affirmation
I am held, even when I feel like falling apart.
Peace,
Rita
